Non-refundable treatment deposits (should you need to cancel your trip)

Each person will be covered with a specified amount of compensation for non-refundable payments for travel, accommodation and deposits for cancellation of treatment for reasons specified in the 'Certificate of Insurance', including death, illness, jury service and major damage to the home. If the patient's recovery period is longer than expected, there are contributions towards accommodation and flights

The insured person will be covered with a specified amount of compensation towards accommodation costs, daily allowance and return flight home if a patient has to stay at their destination for a longer time than the anticipated recovery period. Complication cover (not included for IVF)

Should complications arise from the surgery carried out, a specified amount will be compensated for any post-operation medical expenses after discharge from the hospital. Correction Surgery (not included for IVF)

Cover within 12 months of the original treatment, if it is medically necessary for the patient to have a corrective procedure. The insurance will cover for return flights for the patient and a companion and a daily allowance. See Certificate of Insurance for full details, including exclusions.
